How It Works
The Holland Florals Experience
Consultation
Inquire
Tell us about your dream wedding day as you fill out our online inquiry form. We will then send over a welcome guide providing you with a bit more information and allowing you to begin making selections for your big day!
This consultation is the perfect way to get to know you and the details you have in mind. The logistics, floral favorites, color palette, and theme will all go into us providing you with a custom estimate.
Estimate Review
After reviewing your estimate, we can fine-tune the design choices and details.
Booking + Retainer
A signed contract secures your spot as a Holland bride and the retainer adds you to our calendar. We will set up the perfect payment plan for you!
Visual Floral Proposal
At roughly 4 months out from your wedding date, we will deliver a personalized proposal that outlines the design styles, flower variations, and colors. This document allows you to visualize the plan in progress.
Finalize Details
Right around 2 months before your big day, we will have one more meeting to ensure every flowery detail of your day is perfect! We will simply review your order, ensuring all numbers and details are up to date.
Your Wedding
Hooray! It’s your time to shine! Our team will arrive on-site and begin putting together the final product. Our full-service weddings come with delivery and set-up, and we work with you on a breakdown plan for any rental items.
