Spreading Joy Through the Language of Flowers
Hello everyone! My name is Jenna, owner of Holland Floral Design Co. My life has been an incredible journey filled with flowers, travel, serving others, and the unconditional love of my furry companion, Maisy.
While flowers ignite my creativity, travel fuels my soul. I have always yearned to explore new places, immerse myself in different cultures, and appreciate the beauty that lies beyond my doorstep. Each journey offers a fresh perspective and reveals the vast array of flowers that the Lord placed on earth.
From enjoying the beauty of the States to exploring the enchanting tulip fields of the Netherlands, my travel experiences have amplified my love for flowers in ways I could have never imagined. These adventures have broadened my floral design techniques, introducing me to diverse floral traditions, and inspiring me to infuse my creations with elements from around the world.
Beyond the realms of flowers and travel, serving others has been an integral part of my life's purpose. I firmly believe that the beauty of flowers should not be limited to grand celebrations or special occasions. Flowers have the remarkable ability to cheer, uplift, and heal souls even during the most mundane of days.
Where it all began…
It was high school when I first realized I wanted to do anything and everything flowers. I began working at a flower shop as a senior in high school and have remained in the industry since. As a college student, I continued my education learning about agriculture, plant science, and the floral industry as a whole. I graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia where I completed multiple floral design courses, and studied abroad, in addition to 4 years of designing experience.
While my passion for flowers grew, so did the desire to share this joy with others. This prompted me to establish Holland Floral Design Co. in 2020, a place where I could combine my love for floral artistry and my desire to serve others. Since then, I have taken on decorating and designing for parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners, proms, and other events. I plan to grow my business while spreading joy, one special occasion at a time.

At the heart of our studio is a team of creative, hardworking individuals who truly love what they do. Each member of our team brings their own talents, perspective, and attention to detail to every wedding we design. Together, we work behind the scenes and on event days to ensure every arrangement, installation, and finishing touch reflects the care and creativity our couples deserve.
Emily Antoci
Studio Coordinator & Floral Assistant
Emily brings warmth, creativity, and encouragement to our team and to every client interaction. With a background in art education, she has a natural talent for creativity and design that translates beautifully into the floral world.
After recently stepping away from her role as an art teacher to focus on building her own business and preparing for life as a wife and a stay-at-home mother, Emily joined our team and quickly became an essential part of the studio. Her artistic training gives her a strong eye for design, and she plays an important role in floral preparation, studio organization, and communication.
Emily is often the friendly voice you will connect with if you are not speaking directly with Jenna. Her kindness, positivity, and attention to detail help ensure our clients feel cared for throughout the process. From supporting designs in the studio to assisting with day-to-day operations, Emily helps keep everything running smoothly and beautifully behind the scenes.
Chloe Sims
Designer & Floral Assistant
Chloe brings creativity, thoughtfulness, and a natural design eye to our team. While pursuing her dream of becoming a veterinarian at the University of Missouri in the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program, she also plays an important role in our studio and on event days.
Known for her practical approach to design, Chloe has a unique ability to think through both the creative and logistical sides of every project. Whether she is designing in the shop, running important errands for the team, or helping bring an event to life on site, she approaches each task with focus and efficiency.
Chloe is driven, kind, and incredibly compassionate. She naturally puts herself in the shoes of our couples when working on designs, ensuring every detail contributes to a day that feels thoughtful, personal, and beautiful. Her creativity, dedication, and heart for people make her a valued part of our team, and we are so grateful to have her on the team.
Caleb Rohrbach
Floral Designer & Install Director
Caleb brings passion, precision, and dedication to every event we design. His love for floral design began in high school, and since then he has continued to refine his craft and grow into a key part of our design team.
Known for his proactive mindset and strong attention to detail, Caleb approaches each project with care and intention. Before any design leaves the studio, he ensures every element is exactly as it should be. His commitment to quality helps ensure that our couples receive designs that feel thoughtful, polished, and beautiful.
On event days, Caleb plays an important role in bringing our larger installations and designs to life. Whether he is leading a major install or managing a design on site, he approaches every event with ownership and pride. If something feels out of place, Caleb is the first to step in and make it right—treating every celebration as if it were his own.
His dedication, leadership, and eye for detail are just a few of the many reasons we are so grateful to have him as part of our team.
Jennifer Smith
Floral Design & Quality Specialist
With a naturally creative mind and a talent for thinking outside the box, Jenny plays an essential role in bringing our floral designs to life. She has an incredible eye for detail and helps ensure every event is thoughtfully prepared and beautifully executed.
Behind the scenes, Jenny manages many of the important production elements that keep our studio running smoothly. She carefully monitors the flowers that arrive from our wholesalers, inspecting each stem for quality and freshness while tracking pricing and inventory. Her organization and attention to detail help ensure that every design we create meets the high standards we promise our couples.
From supporting the design process to making sure every ingredient is accounted for, Jenny helps transform creative ideas into stunning floral moments. Her dedication, creativity, and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable part of our team.
